San Andreas fault map generated by Contour map software

Contour map software by Tulsa's Scientific Computer Applications generated an underground contour map of the San Andreas fault map.
The San Andreas earthquake fault was previously thought to go straight into the ground. Instead, the San Andreas fault is propeller shaped.
In central California, the San Andreas fault map goes into the ground from east to west.  In the southeast, the San Andreas fault map indicates the earthquake fault goes into the ground from west to east in the south.
